What you'll do

Be a video editor and motion graphics creator at the leading company for enterprise application software! We are looking for a reliable, positive, open-minded and collaborative personality with strong team working skills, who is determined to reach goals in time, can work independently and prioritize.

You Future Role

As a working student for Motion Graphics and Video, you will work in a cross-functional team to create videos, visual design and communication materials while sticking to SAP’s overall brand strategy and style.
In this context, your tasks will include:

Editing videos to showcase our products and demos to customers, partners and internal audiences
Creating and updating motion graphics or Mogart templates to be used by other team members
Developing and producing communication materials for specific projects such as newsletters, blog posts, all hands meetings presentations
Support team members in building upon conceptional themes and ideas, e.g., how to better utilize user research, and needs, e.g., how to make our workflow run better

What you bring

Currently enrolled & pursuing a degree in media, film, motion graphics, animation, or related field. We encourage you to apply if you are early in your bachelor’s and master’s studies.
Fluent English and German language skills – both written and verbal
First experiences in creating video and communication assets
A portfolio that demonstrates creative ideas, a strong grasp of visual communication, and a high attention to detail
Have a firm grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience with Microsoft (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and Figma is a plus
Have a hands-on attitude and be proactive with communicating
Must work in a hybrid role – from company location (Berlin, Potsdam) and from non-company location
Must submit creative portfolio

The Cloud ERP User Experience Business Services Team is at the heart of SAP Cloud ERP User Experience, driven by team members with diverse expertise and quality. The team supports the unit’s daily business and strives for being a lighthouse organization for people who can live a culture of innovation, commitment, collaboration, and customer focus. The team, led by the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of the unit, consists of Central Strategic & Financial Operations, and Design Operations, Communications, People Topics, Project and Program Management.

You will be working closely with our media production expert and senior designer to help with video, communication and design related tasks that support the people of our organization.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
